Main window
On the main page the menu prompts us to choose which atlas we want to open. Select one of them (in this case the brain) and go to the page of the same one. To do this, you have to upload the files that make up the atlas itself, and an overlay window informs us of the progress of the upload:

Cuando la carga ha finalizado se puede cerrar la ventana superpuesta (en el botón OK o haciendo click en cualquier parte de la pantalla) y nos encontramos en la interfaz propiamente dicha (Figure 2):
Description of the interface
Esta interfaz se asemeja a la del 3D Slicer: en la parte izquierda están las tres vistas (axial, coronal y sagital), en la parte central la representación tridimensional, y en la parte derecha está la jerarquía de elementos presentes en el atlas.
Barra de menú
En la parte superior de la ventana está la barra de herramientas (Figure 2):
The buttons of the bar, of left to right, are:
- Threshold and label map transparency: to control the transparency and saturation of 2D views and their representation in the 3D window
- Toggle the crosshair in the slice views: enable/disable lines in the 2D views to indicate which section is being displayed
- Resize the view to fit the whole scene: Re-orient the 3D view and fit it into the window (very useful for when an excessive zoom level has been applied or the model has been moved off-screen)
- Volumes to display: list of available volumes in the loaded atlas
- View sharing: nabling/disabling the check box allows/blocking view sharing with other browsers that are loading the same session.

2D Views
As in the 3D Slicer, each 2D view can be manipulated using the slider that moves us between the set of views (slices). Clicking on the eye icon changes the visibility of the section plane in the part of the window that displays the 3D view.
3D Views
The axes are represented in the lower left corner, which helps to know the orientation of the model that is shown at all times. The axis system used is the RAS, as in 3d Slicer.
At the bottom right there is a small box that shows the animation parameters: the number of FPS (Frames Per Second). This information is irrelevant from the anatomical point of view, it simply indicates the fluidity with which movement is shown in the window.
The 3D representation is manipulated by clicking and dragging with the left mouse button. Right-clicking and dragging moves the 3D representation across the screen; using the mouse scroll wheel changes the zoom.
When you hover your mouse over an item, at the bottom of the screen, it displays its name and position in the hierarchical tree of items. If you click on it, it will be marked in yellow.
Element Tree
The right side gives the hierarchical information of the elements available in the scene.
Clicking on the icons' + will display the parent element to show the child elements and clicking on - will shrink it. The visibility of the elements (and all those that depend hierarchically on it) is controlled by the eye icon.
