Bio: He worked firstly at the Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia (CSIC) and then at the Institute of Marine Sciences (UTM-CSIC), focusing on sensors and electronic instrumentation for astronomical and oceanographic research. He was R&D engineer at the Institute of Space Sciences (CSIC-IEEC) and visiting researcher at Berkeley Physics Department, developing novel techniques in magnetometry for space missions. He is presently working at the Institute of Astrophysics of the Canary Islands. His research includes electronic noise reduction techniques and electronics systems for space and medical applications. In 2017, He was awarded the biennial prize for the best thesis in astrophysical and astronomical instrumentation by the Spanish Astronomical Society.
