Data Module

The function of this module is to list the objects present in the current scene and allow generic operations on them (search, rename, delete, move) within the tree of the MRML structure. It shows the objects as they are ordered in the scene and allows to have an overview of it.

Figure 1: Moodule Data

The module window has three tabs:

  • Subject hierarchy: shows the hierarchy of the different elements (Figure 1)
  • Transform hierarchy: shows the different transformations in the scene (Figure 4)
  • All nodes: lists the nodes present in the scene

Contextual menus

The icon to the left of each element indicates its type, which can be: model, scene view, volume, DICOM data.

Elements
