• Create child folder: creates a container, dependent on the selected element, where to locate the desired elements. To move an item, simply hold down the left mouse button on it and drag it to its new position.
• Clone: creates a copy of the selected item.
• Export to DICOM: to export the selected item in DICOM format, or the complete scene if the corresponding circular checkbox at the top of the window is checked. ()

• Rename: to change the name of the selected item.
• Delete: deletes the selected item from the scene. Caution: when executing this command no confirmation menu is opened, so if an accidental click occurs the item is deleted.
• Edit properties: transports us to the module Models to modify the options of the element.
• Select role: to select the behavior of the element
