Nuestro "hub" ofrecerá oportunidades de colaboración entre estudiantes, académicos, investigadores, proveedores de servicios de salud, innovadores y empresarios. Applying the best international knowledge and capacities to the local and regional circumstances will make medical technology, training and education broadly available to cooperating regions. We foresee a network of such hubs across the World, which will leverage medical technology everywhere, providing new innovation, employment and bussiness opportunities and, above all, better health and medical care options for every human being, as well as a framework for international collaboration and friendship.

إن الجزر الكنارية تتكون من منطفة من مناطق الأبعد في الاتحاد الأوروبي وهي منطقة الحكم الذاتي في إسبانيا. تشتمل على أراخيل مشهور بطقسها اللطيف المعتدل وجمالها وقطاعها السياحي الجذاب. تقع جزر الكناري شمال غربي أفريقيا الغربية ويبعد لكيلومترات قليلة عن غربي سواحل المغرب، وهي في خط عرض فلوريدا نفسه


تتمتع مناطق أوروبا الخارجية المتطرفة بمعاملة خاصة حسب ما يقتضي البند 349 من المعاهدة المنظِّمة لعمل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وهذا لتخفيف شعوباتها الهيكلية الناتجة من بعدها عن القارة الأوروبية وتجزؤ الأراضي وعدم كتلة حرجة بسبب
