NAMIC Project Week Canary Islands 2019 is a select World Meeting of teams promoted by the National Alliance for Medical Image Computing and will be held this year from January 28th to February 1st in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.
For a week, the partners participating in the MACBIOIDI project will participate in the workshops and working days of the NAMIC to provide solutions for interfaces in the fields of informatics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering and medicine. The objective of this 30th project Week is to provide a place for the creators of computer data source software in medical imaging, to work collaboratively on the following projects:

Round-trip conversion between SR and FHIR DICOM representations for image measurements.
DICOM interoperability SEG between Cornerstonejs/VTKJS/DCMJS.
DICOMweb Server and custom database.
Redesign of brands and new brands for curves, lines and angles measurements.
GLSL shaders for custom image processing and volume processing.
MorphoSource and data retrieval.
Development of OpenIGTLinkIO.
Needle Guide Software MR.
Segmentation and Quantification
Segments editor usage cases.
Refining automatic segmentations of FreeSurfer in 3d Slicer.
Microscopy module for 3d cutter.
Improve OpenAnatomy support in Slicer.
New features for an ultrasound training system.
Training programs at 3DSlicer.
3DSlicer models for Brain Quiz.
Looking Glass 3d display stand.
